So whilst looking through my images for a forthcoming exhibition application, I realised that I had two images from this year that featured a view through a derelict building to the scene beyond. Further scouting around my portfolio added a third image, and so the new series 'Room With A View' was created.

It is absolutely inevitable that this series will be added to in the future, not only because I am conscious of the fact that this series now exists, but also because I'm drawn to the heightened realisation of the beauty of nature when directly contrasted by the jarring harshness of man-made decay.

All images are now for sale in the Print Shop as a limited edition runs of just 25 copies on fine art velvet paper.
